We celebrated my husband’s 30th birthday, and the hotel surprised us with a lovely bottle of wine. The soundproofing was impressive, allowing us to enjoy the corner room overlooking 6th street without disturbance.

an electronic key card, a work desk, and cable tv with on-demand films inside the double room were handy. city view was an unexpected bonus. all the employees were affable and pleasant. the hotel was in a very central location to most places. there was free wi-fi throughout the property and the service in general was terrific.

The king room was cozy, and we loved the quirky touches like the custom guide of the city. Great location, super close to everything. Check-in was smooth, and the staff were friendly, especially with my dog. Loved the complimentary drink at wax's!

Just a decent option for an overnight stop in Austin with excellent value for money. The lighting in the room was great, though a bit dim for makeup. Pro tip, Bring your own coffee, as they charge $6 for a cup.
